2010 Collegiate Player Form

Welcome to the 2010 summer season. Those returning players from the 2009 season have a spot. All other players will be reviewed and notified by November 1, 2009 via email.

This year's fee will be $400, along with all players and parents involved in fundraising. We must fundraise an addition $8,000. A non-refundable deposit must be paid December 30, 2009 or your spot on the team will be released. The balance of the fee will be required by March 1, 2010, if balanced not paid by March 1st your refund will be forfeited and we will fill the position.
