2012 Collegiate Player Form

Welcome to the 2012 summer season.

This year's fee will be $400 for a position player and $275 for pitchers, along with all players and parents involved in fundraising. We must fundraise an addition $3,000. A non-refundable deposit must be paid December 30, 2011 or your spot on the team will be released. The balance of the fee will be required by March 1, 2012, if balanced not paid by March 1st your refund will be forfeited and we will fill the position.
