The Ohio Monarchs Blue lost both games of a double header on Saturday against the Cleveland Black Hawks. In the first game, the Monarchs could only come up with one hit and did not manage to score. But, the defense held strong for 6 innings before giving up a run in the top of seventh. That would be all the Black Hawks needed to take the first game 1-0. The Monarchs lost the second game by a score of 12-4. Unfortunately, the bats did not come alive as the Monarchs only came up with one hit in this game as well. The Monatchs look to bounce back Tuesday against the Glass City Elite.
